The public folders are missing in my Outlook even when I click the ellipses and go to folders.

We tried your suggestion to no avail - however - we did eventually solve the problem.

Im not sure why it showed up on a completely new computer - its possible the settings are saved on the server and OWA 2010 is not able to display emails in that fashion.

I was absolutely unaware of that setting - and the user claims she never set it on purpose.regardless - its solved.
